At Vamsa Dental, we strive to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products. However, due to the specialized nature of our products, please carefully review the following refund and return policy.

1. No Returns on Custom Orders: All sales of custom and specially ordered items are final. These products are manufactured to specific requirements and cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Limited Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. The returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Return requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
3. Return Authorization: Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes. Vamsa Dental is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted from all authorized returns.
6. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:
   • Opened or used products
   • Custom or special orders
   • Clearance items
   • Any product without an RMA number
7. Damaged or Defective Items: If a product is received damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or a partial refund at our discretion.
8. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
9. Exchanges: Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
